  There are pre-cut forms of low-grade timber. 

  CoreShelter units are shipped as containers, used to transport food, tents, medical and other emergency supplies.  When empty, four containers are grouped together to form a secure shelter that can easily be relocated.

  

• Unifold Shelters-

  The shelter is made from corrugated polypropylene plastic panels and it won't absorb spills.

• Build it Yourself-

  A rubber mallet and a screwdriver is needed to produce housing for 80-200 people (10 people in approx. l0 days).   The Build it Yourself feature is highly touted.

• Modular Flat Pack-

  Theses shelters are transported as a 20 by 8 or 40 by 8 containers and then unfold to become 20 by 24 or 40 by 24 therefore offering more square footage and more usable space than a 20 by 8 trailer that does not expand. The walls offer R-19 insulation which is better than many homes.

• House in a Box-

  In 7 days 4,000 Quick Response Shelter (QRS) units per month are constructed.  The small unit can be assembled in about 1 hour by 2 people with simple hand tools.  Insulation can be provided for sub-zero weather harnessing wind and/or sun as the energy source for provision of hot water, heating and basic electrical communication equipment.

• Tents--Temporary Housing-

  Designed to offer our clients the necessary extra temporary or semi-permanent space. Full accessory packages, including doors, windows, lights, flooring, ventilation and HVAC systems, are also available.

• Portacamp-

  The structures can be errected and sited on virtually any terrain, and require little site preparation (volumetric) other than supply of electricity, water and sewerage services where required. The panelised units are also easily erected with a minimum of skills, in addition to the detailed assembly instructions and basic tools which are provided.

  There is swift assembly and dismantling - a 30 sqm building can be assembled in one day. The structure can be dismantled and stored or reassembled at a different location. Fast set-up by 4 unskilled workers in only 5 hours.   Series 4100 Relief Shelter incorporates numerous design enhancements to the “Tunnel Tent” that is widely used in the Relief Sector. 

  The tent is semi-circular or tunnel shaped with a center height of 210cm, width of 345cm and a length of 550 cm. The tent consists of two separate parts, an outer waterproof shell and an inner tent. The outer shell is supported by fiberglass tension rods and provides protection for the inner tent from the weather. The inner tent has an integrated floor and is supported by/hung from the outer shell.
